Section 1 - Codes Of Conduct:

Do not insult people. Do not say something you or someone else would have cause to complain about. Do not make it personal under any circumstances or you may be subject to administrative action.

Section 2 - Content of Messages:

The content of your message must match the forum/topic in which it is being posted and must NOT contain, knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, or threatening, content that is invasive of a person's privacy, or content that violates any law. The same applies for the Personal Message System and E-mails sent via our boards regardless of the topic. Users who breech this agreement are subject to Administrative action.

Section 3 - Advertising:

You are permitted to advertise on these boards on the condition that the advertisement conforms to the following rules.
We allow the following types of advertisements:

Personal Websites

These advertisements can be placed in your 'Signature', 'Avatar' and 'Profile'.

All websites advertised on these boards must include a link back to our website in a suitably visible place. If you do not comply with the Advertisement rules, you will have your advertisement removed, if you are a repeat offender you will be subject to Administrative action.

Section 4 - Instant Messaging Services:

We are not responsible for our member’s actions on any Instant Messaging Service. Such complaints should not be brought to us about behavior on said services; we have no jurisdiction over it. Except in the case of a Council meeting, Admiralty meeting, or any other type of communication that was created for RP purposes.

Section 5 - Attachments:

We allow you to upload content to our board. Your content must conform to the following rules.

You must not:

Upload any knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, or threatening content that offends another member or violates any law.

Upload and store content for purposes other than use in RP.

Section 6 - Signatures, Avatars and Member Titles:

We allow you to upload and display 'Signatures', 'Avatars' and 'Profiles' on these boards, providing that you agree to the following terms & conditions.

Signatures

Must not contain: defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, or threatening content that violates any law.

Signatures are limited to the following file types; gif, jpg, jpeg, and png.

HTML is enabled in signatures. Abuse of this feature will be subject to Administrative action.

Avatars

Must not contain: defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, or threatening content that violates any law.

Avatars are limited to the following file types; gif, jpg, jpeg, and png.

Member Profiles

Must not contain: defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, or threatening content that violates any law.

The administration team reserves the right to edit and/or remove member 'Signatures', 'Avatars' and 'Profiles'. Signatures may contain advertisements as long as they follow the rules stated in 'Section 3'.

Section 7 - Behavior to Other Members:

We will not tolerate defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, or otherwise threatening behavior to other members of these boards. Failure to comply with this rule will result in Administrative action.

Section 8 - Administration & Moderators:

Moderators have the right to ban, suspend and remove your posting rights on these Boards. Administrative action can and will be taken if any of these rules are breached.
Moderators follow these rules:

First Violation – Primary Warning.

Second Violation – Second Warning.

Third Violation – Official Reprimand.

Fourth Violation – Second Reprimand: Council Inquiry to discuss member's future within RP.

Fifth Violation – Council Member Inquiry to discuss length of ban and board privileges suspended or terminated as appropriate.

Section 9 - Excessive Drama:

We will not tolerate excessive drama in any form. We realize that all RP has some amount of drama involved but bringing so much drama into RP that someone else would have cause to complain about it is intolerable. Failure to comply with this rule will result in Administrative action.
