Article I: Any Realm (s) whom wishes to be apart of the Imperial Empire of Jurai, Is more then welcome to apply for a treaty request for a Stronghold Treaty in general, Can with the Ambassor at the Jurai Imperial Embassy office here on Jurai’s home world.
Article II: Any Realm would could Request for a Imperial Strongholds to be build on there lands with prior permissions given to the Jurai Government to build there Imperial Strongholds there and have rights to asst and aid if current armies are unable to carry out set problems or current matters at hand and would require additional aid and support.
Article III: Imperial Strongholds well respect and honor the current laws in other realms if the Jurai Government builds there lands, how ever if any Realms wish to be come Strongholds to the Imperial Empire, Then both laws for realms must be applied as such in a equal fashion depending if during war/peace time..
Article VI: Any Realms whom has Imperial Strongholds near oceans or rivers and if flash floods, Tornados or hurricanes or what ever nature has in store for them are known to happen in lower areas of the lands, Villagers and all Non-Military person may take shelter in the Strongholds bunker to be safe form all Weather conditions are cleared so Villagers can return back home once things are back to normal.
Article VII: All Imperial Commander that are Assigning to Imperial Strong holds are here by order to do the following… 1) All commanders well have total command of the Stronghold and there men that run the hold itself, How ever they well also have to honor and Aspect command form there King or Queen of the lands, in which the Stronghold is standing upon and respect all choices that are made by the noble Royal family. 2) All Imperial Commanders can make out Request form for extra help and supplies if required and if need in case of Shortages, and or anything else that could possibly form Famine to Plague and any other medical means…to supply and asst. with lands and the Realm people besides Imperial Troops stationed there.
Article: VII There well are no slaves allows in Imperial Strongholds unless they are requires to attend the sick and unable manage able people then permission well decide upon the Stronghold Imperial Commander himself...
Article VIII The Imperial Empire of Jurai as the Reserve right to Cancel out or end any time with treaty without given cause or Reasons or notice why treaty was Cancelled or end with out warning or without cause. Imperial Empire also reserves the right not be held accountable for Actions, or reasons why Treaty was Dissolved and Ended to disclose any reason why.
